Company Update

Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP , Triple or Company ) provides the following update on its activities.

Financing Update

TNP’s securities have been in voluntary suspension at the request of the Company since 28 October 2020 pending an update on financing and corporate strategy.

The Company has been and remains engaged with key stakeholders and with investors introduced by its Hong Kong and mainland China-based shareholders in relation to potential new investment for both near-term capital requirements and longer-term strategic growth and funding initiatives. Since the application of the voluntary suspension, the Company has received short-term bridging finance via a loan of A$60,000 and is currently finalising the terms of an agreement to formalise that loan (and further advances made on behalf of the Company) as a convertible note arrangement.

Engagement and discussions with key stakeholders and advisors on further short and longer-term financing and strategic options remains ongoing. The Company is not currently in a position to make any further announcement on the outcome (or expected outcome) of these initiatives, but expects to do so in the coming weeks.

Non-Executive Director Resignations

Triple advises that Ms Fung-Ming Pang and Mr Colin Hiles have resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. The Triple Board thanks them both for their contribution to the Company during their tenure.
