Asset Sale Closes

2 December 2008: BrainZ Instruments Limited (ASX:BZI) (“BrainZ”) announces that it has closed the Asset Purchase Agreement with Natus Medical Incorporated (“Natus”), a Delaware USA Corporation (NASDAQ: BABY) effective 27 November with the cash being received by the company today.

The company will provide some transition services to Natus for a short period of time. The directors will continue to keep shareholders fully informed about the future options for the company.
