Non-Executive Director Appointment / Resignation

Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP , Triple or Company ) advises that Mr Paul Garner has been appointed to the Board as Directors. Concurrent with the appointment, Mr Tun Yiu (Michael) KEI will resign. The Triple Board is pleased to welcome Mr Garner to the Board and extends its thanks to Mr Kei for his contribution to the Company during his tenure.

Paul Garner

Mr Garner has over 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry having served on the boards of several public listed companies. Mr Garner’s career highlights include the acquisition and development of a Gulf of Mexico discovery, High Island 24L, which produced 460 BCF of gas and 4 million barrels of oil. He was most recently a non-executive director at Global Energy Ventures Ltd, an ASX listed company in the business of natural gas and hydrogen. Prior to his involvement in the Oil & Gas industry, he spent several years in international business, property, and equity markets. Mr Garner brings to the Board of TNP an extensive knowledge of capital markets, upstream drilling operations and business development in the rapidly evolving new energies sector.
