Non-Executive Director Appointments / Resignations

Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP , Triple or Company ) advises that Mr Francis Lim and Mr Tim Bardwell have been appointed to the Board as non-executive Directors. Concurrent with the appointments, Mr Hongbing Zhang and Ms Ruoyun Zhang have resigned from the Board to pursue other interests and the Triple Board thanks them both for their contribution to the Company during their tenure. Details on the qualifications and experience of the new Directors is set out below:

Francis Lim

Francis is a 30 year veteran in the structuring and negotiation of cross border business transactions from JV/M&A to complex infrastructure purchase agreements across Asia Pacific Region Francis holds an M.Sc. in Finance, with a focus in Corporate Finance from the University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong and a B.Sc. Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Tim Bardwell

Tim has worked as an investment banker for almost 35 years in Europe and Asia in the areas of swaps/structured products, capital markets, corporate finance and asset management. He was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and Director at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong, where he has lived since 1995. Currently he is a HK SFC Responsible Officer and Compliance Officer with AK Partners HK Limited, a Hong Kong licensed asset manager and private equity firm. He is also a UK qualified solicitor, having practised with Linklaters in London.
