BOARD CHANGES

The Directors of Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP , Triple or Company ) are pleased to provide the following corporate update.

Director Appointments

TNP advises that three new Directors have been appointed to the Company’s Board. Mr. HongBing Zhang joins the Company as an executive Director, with responsibility for business development (including new projects), while Ms. RuoYun Zhang and Mr. Tun Yiu (Michael) Kei have joined as non-executives. Details on the qualification and experience of the new Directors is set out below.

Concurrent with the appointments, The Company’s Chairman, Mr. Tommy Cheng, and his Alternate, Mr. Edward Sieuw have resigned. Mr. Cheng has been a Director of Triple since December 2014, as a nominee of Beijing Gas Blue Sky ( BGBS ), formerly the Company’s largest shareholder through Waypost Limited ( Waypost ). Following BGBS’ sale of its interest in Waypost, BGBS no longer holds an interest in Triple, however the companies continue to actively co-operate.

Appendices 3X for each of the new Directors and Appendices 3Z for Mr. Cheng and Mr. Siew have been lodged together with this release.

Mr. HongBing Zhang

Mr. Zhang holds a bachelors degree in economics from the Beijing Second Language Institute and an EMBA from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has broad commerce experience within the Peoples Republic of China ( PRC ) gained over close to 30 years, including international trading in commodities (including downstream petroleum products) and most recently a marketing and sales role across 10 provinces in Northern China.

Ms. RuoYun Zhang

Ms. Zhang holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the George Washington University School of Business in the United States and has held finance and Risk Advisory roles since graduation.

Mr. Tun Yiu (Michael) Kei

Mr. Kei has approximately 29 years of commercial experience, including senior engineering and management experience in the electronics industry in HK, PRC and Philipines. Mr. Kei is a current director of Guangzhou Jinsong Electronic Ltd and Vice-President of the Philippine Xiamen Chamber of Industry and Philippine Xiamen Amity Association.
