RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Triple Energy Ltd (ASX: TNP , Company or Triple ) advises that Mr Po Siu Chan has resigned as a Director of the Company due to other priority business interests that have recently arisen. Mr Chan was appointed to the Board in April 2015 as a nominee of the Company’s largest shareholder Beijing Gas Blue Sky Power and played an important role has in the Company’s efforts to acquire new coal seam gas acreage in China, including the Shaanmei Cooperation Agreement announced by the Company in December 2016.
