RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP, Triple , or Company ) advises that Richard Hayward has notified the Company of his intention to resign as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from the end of November 2013.
Mr. Hayward has advised the Board that his recent appointment to a full-time senior management role at another oil and gas company with considerable travel commitments will mean he is unable to continue to devote the time required to perform his role as a NonExecutive Director with Triple.
Mr. Hayward said, “ as with many small companies we have had challenges to deal with, however I have very much enjoyed working with Paul Underwood and others in the Triple organization and wish you all the very best for the future of the Company ”.
Triple Energy wishes Richard all the best in his new role and is extremely appreciative for his substantial contribution to the Company’s progress thus far. A process to identify a suitably qualified replacement independent non-executive technical director is underway and the Company will provide further updates in due course.
