APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Directors of Triple Energy Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Clare BarrettLennard as Company Secretary of the Company.
Ms Barrett-Lennard is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. She has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Western Australia.
The Directors believe Ms Barrett-Lennard will bring valuable experience to assist the Board in pursuing its objectives.
The Board also announces the resignation of Mr James Robinson as Company Secretary. The Directors thank Mr Robinson for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
