ASX Announcement
Board Changes
Directors Roger Sharp and Justin Vaughan to leave the board
31st March 2008: BrainZ Instruments (ASX:BZI) announced today Mr. Roger Sharp and Dr. Justin Vaughan have resigned their positions as directors of the company. Both cited that increasing demands of their executive roles in other organisations is preventing them from spending the time required to contribute as directors of the company.
Roger Sharp is managing director of Co-Investor Capital Partners Pty Limited a Sydney based investment firm and joined the board as a non executive director in July of 2006. Justin Vaughan is the chief executive officer of New Zealand Cricket and has served both as an executive and non executive director since the IPO of BrainZ Instruments in December of 2005. Justin originally joined BrainZ as chief executive of the company in July 2003.
BrainZ would like to thank both Roger and Justin for their hard work and contributions to the company. We wish them the best in their future endeavours.
