Notice of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nomination

HyTerra Ltd (ASX: HYT) ( HyTerra or the Company ) advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on 24 May 2024 at:

Mirador Corporate Office Suite 11, Level 2 23 Railway Road Subiaco WA 6008

An item of business at the AGM will be the election of a Director pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 14.5. Details of the Director to be elected will be included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the Closing Date for receipt of nominations is on Thursday, 4 April 2024. Any nominations for the position of the Director must be received in writing on or before 10:00am (AWST) on 4 April 2024 at the Company at its registered office.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
