Effective Thursday, May 1, 2023, Yellow Stem Tech Inc. changed its name to Sweet Poison Spirits Inc. In connection with its change of name, the Company’s trading symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange changed from “YY” to “SPS”; and its new CUSIP number became 87043J104.

The Company is a reporting issuer in the Provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.
