Hynion AS – new registered share capital

Hynion AS (the "Company") refers to its announcement on [15] May 2023 containing information about exercise of warrants issued in connection with the rights issue approved by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 15 November 2022.

The share capital increase related to the issuance of these shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 535,208.335, divided into 107,041,667 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.005.
