Reference is made to the announcement by Hynion AS (the "Company") on 30 November 2022 regarding the commencement of a partially underwritten rights issue in the Company (the "Rights Issue"), with tradable subscription rights being granted to existing shareholders (the "Subscription Rights").
Exercise of Subscription Rights
Primary insider Markus Norström member of the board, has exercised 100 000 subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification.
Primary insider Bertil Rydqvist, Business Development Director Hynion Sverige, has exercised 50 000 subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification. This is a correction from the reported 95 238 rights reported 21-12-2022.
