Hynion AS – Exercise of warrants

Hynion AS (the "Company") refers to its announcement on 30 December 2022 containing information about warrants issued in connection with the rights issue approved by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 15 November 2022.

Following expiration of the exercise period for the warrants, a total of 910 warrants have been exercised, each representing a subscription for one new share in the Company at a price of NOK 0.75 per share.

Once the share capital increase related to the issuance of these shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company's share capital will increase to NOK 535,208.335, divided into 107,041,667 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.005.
