Oslo, 8 March 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by HydrogenPro ASA (the "Company" or "HydrogenPro", ticker code: HYPRO) on 5 March 2024 regarding the exercise of 216,000 options under its share incentive program, which would result in the issuance of a corresponding number of shares in the Company.

The share capital increase of NOK 4,320 was today registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 1,270,320.92, divided into 63,516,046 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
