Oslo, 8 September 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement

published by HydrogenPro ASA ("HydrogenPro" or the "Company", ticker code:

HYPRO) on 18 August 2023 regarding exercise of options under the Company's share

incentive program.

Pursuant to the sales process conducted by a third party for the shares issued

upon the exercise of share options, the primary insider Karoline Aafos (CPO of

the Company) has sold 21,875 shares at an average price of NOK 18.65 per share.
