Please find attached a notice of ceasing to be a substantial shareholder of the Company received from Belmont Park Investments Pty Limited and Panorama Ridge Pty Limited.

Pryme advises that Belmont Park Investments Pty Limited and Panorama Ridge Pty Limited have ceased to be substantial shareholders of the Company as their shareholding has been diluted following the issue of shortfall securities under the recent Renounceable Rights Issue.
