Cleansing Notice

Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited (HCD or the Company) advises that the company has today issued 23,160,000 fully paid ordinary shares to Sophisticated and Institutional investors at an issue price of $0.02 raising $463,200 as announced on 20[th] October 2020.

HCD gives this notice under section 708A(5)e of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act) that:

1. The shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; and

2. As at the date of this notice:

   • (a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act;

   • (b) the company has complied with Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

   • (c) there is no information which is ‘excluded information’ of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
