TRADING HALT

The securities of Indago Energy Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 31 July 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Indago Energy Limited (ASX: INK) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for all of its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Indago Energy advises:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of a capital raising announcement.

2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 31 July 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
