Pryme Energy Limited (PYM) – Voluntary Trading Suspension Request

Pryme Energy Limited ( ASX: PYM ) (the Company) requests an immediate voluntary suspension of its securities and provides the following information in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2:

• The voluntary suspension is requested to enable the Company further time to finalise its proposed capital raising (Capital Raising Announcement) pursuant to its trading halt request on 20 June 2014.

• The Company expects the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the Capital Raising Announcement or the commencement of trading on Friday 27 June 2014.

• The Company is in compliance with Listing Rule 3.1 and is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted by ASX or any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
