NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

On 22 February 2013, Pryme Energy Limited (ASX: PYM) issued 12,340,289 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares).

PYM hereby gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (Act) that:

1. PYM issued the Shares without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. As at 22 February 2013 PYM has complied with:

   • a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to PYM; and

   • b. section 674 of the Act; and

3. As at 22 February 2013 there is no excluded information to be provided in accordance with section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act.
