Change of Auditor

Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited (ASX: HCD) announces that effective from today, 21 November 2025, Nexia Australia Audit Pty Ltd has been appointed as auditor for the Company to replace Pitcher Partners. ASIC has consented to the resignation of Pitcher Partner in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The Board selected Nexia Australia Audit Pty Ltd as the Company’s auditors based upon its expertise and to reduce costs associated with the Audit.

In accordance with s327C of the Corporations Act 2001, the appointment of Nexia Australia Audit Pty Ltd as auditors of the Company and its controlled entities will be recommended by the Board for ratification at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
