Division Head Resignation

Hydrocarbon Dynamics Limited ( ASX: HCD ) (“HCD” or “ the Company ”) announces That Mr. William Tarantino, head of HCD’s chemical division, has resigned for personal reasons effective April 1, 2024.

It is anticipated that post April 1, 2024, Mr. Tarantino will continue to assist in transition matters if needed and will continue to oversee specific sales opportunities on a commission basis.

HCD’s Chairman, Stephen Mitchell, stated “On behalf of the HCD’s board of directors, I’d like to thank Bill for his effort of the last 4 years. He has been instrumental in developing HCD’s sales and marketing strategy which included building a network of professional agents and distributors, leading direct sales efforts and re-branding and pricing HCD products”.

At this time there is no intention to replace Mr. Tarantino with a full-time person with his duties being temporarily assigned to Messrs Mitchell and Castellano.
