Board Appointment

Indago Energy Limited (ASX:INK) is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew Seaton will join the Indago Board on August 16th 2019 as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Seaton is a very experienced energy executive with a strong background in finance, project management and investment banking.

Mr Seaton was a senior executive with Santos for twelve years, the last six of which he served as Chief Financial Officer and prior to that, as General Manager - Commercial and Finance. He currently serves as Chief Financial and Commercial Officer of Australian Naval Infrastructure.

Prior to his role with Santos, Mr. Seaton worked in various roles with National Australia Bank, Merrill Lynch, Kinhill Engineers as well as with a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil. He is currently a non-executive director of Strike Energy. As part of his compensation package, Mr. Seaton has been offered, subject to shareholder approval, 2,000,000 Performance Shares conditional upon INK achieving sales of 200 drums/month for three consecutive months of its primary product, HCD Multi-Flow.

In commenting on the appointment INK Chairman, Stephen Mitchell, stated “We are delighted that Andrew has accepted an offer to fill a casual vacancy on the Indago board. He is an exceptional executive with a very unique and particular set of skills directly applicable to Indago’s business. In addition to his extensive experience in the oil and gas sector in both a financial and managerial capacity, his qualifications also include an Honours degree in Chemical Engineering which is particularly relevant to Indago’s unique technology”.

Remarking on his appointment Mr Seaton stated “I am excited to be joining the Indago Board during this pivotal time for the company. Recent laboratory testing and field trials have consistently proven the technical effectiveness of HCD Multi-Flow across a wide range of applications.
