Section 249D Notice

Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.17A.1, Pryme Energy Limited (Pryme) advises that on 4 January 2016, it received a notice pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act (Notice). The resolutions in the Notice propose to remove each of the current directors of Pryme and appoint three new directors.
