Venn Life Sciences (AIM: VENN), a growing Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) providing clinical trial management and resourcing solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, announces that Tony Richardson, a director,  has transferred 60,000 ordinary shares from his own name and 72,212 ordinary shares from Coolford Limited (a company jointly owned by Tony Richardson and his wife) into his pension fund. The shares were transferred at a price of 33p

There has been no change in Tony Richardson's beneficial shareholding in Venn as a result of these transactions.
