Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer"), acting pursuant to Article 69(1)(1) and (2)of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governingthe Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and onPublic Companies (the "Act on Public Offering") and in compliance withthe obligation set out in Article 70(1) of the Act on the PublicOffering, hereby announces a notification on a change in the holding ofthe Issuer's own shares prepared pursuant to Art. 69 (1) (1) and (2) ofthe Act on Public Offering. The notification is attached to this currentreport.
