Huuuge,Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidated revenueexcluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the second quarter of 2022._#160;

Salesbookings amounted to USD 79.1 million, which constitutes approx. 19%decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the second quarter of 2021 andapprox. 6% decrease compared to the first quarter of 2022._#160;

Atthe same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data (excluding deferred revenue), which may differ from thefinal data._#160;
