Huuuge,Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidated revenueexcluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the third quarter of 2021.

Salesbookings amounted to USD 92.2 million, which constitutes approx. 17%increase year to year, i.e., compared to the third quarter of 2020 andapprox. 5% decrease compared to the second quarter of 2021.

Atthe same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data (excluding deferred revenue), which may differ from thefinal data. The final information on revenues will be published in theperiodic report for the third quarter of 2021.
