Number of shares and votes in Husqvarna after the rights issue

Following completion of the rights issue in Husqvarna AB, as of 30 April 2009, the total number of shares amounts to 576,343,778 shares, of which 147,570,030 A-shares and 428,773,748 B-shares. One A-share corresponds to one vote and one B-share corresponds to one tenth of a vote, which means the total number of votes in Husqvarna now totals 190,447,404.8 votes.

Husqvarna is the world's largest producer of lawn mowers, chainsaws and portable petrol-powered garden equipment such as trimmers and blowers. The Group is also a world leader in diamond tools and cutting equipment for the construction and stone industries. Net sales in 2008 were SEK 32.3 billion and the average number of employees was 15,700.
