Changes in Husqvarna's Group Management

Effective January 1, 2012, Henric Andersson has been appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Product Management and Development, replacing Anders Ströby, who has been acting in this role since November 1, 2011.

Henric joined Husqvarna in 1997 and has had numerous roles in product, business and category management. Most recently he has held the position VP Construction Equipment within the Construction business area.

"Henric's background and broad experience within business leadership and product development as well as his knowledge of Husqvarna's broad product offering make him an excellent candidate for this position," says President and CEO Hans Linnarson.

Furthermore, as of January 1, 2012, the staff function Corporate Communication & IR will not be part of Group Management. Corporate Communication & IR will instead report to CFO Ulf Liljedahl. Boel Sundvall, SVP Corporate Communication & IR, has decided to leave Husqvarna.
