Roger Leon new Head of Consumer Products North America

Roger Leon has been appointed new Head of business sector Consumer Products North America and member of Husqvarna Group Management, effective as of 1 July 2008. He succeeds Robert E. Cook who will retire.

Roger Leon is currently Chief Operating Officer of Husqvarna's Consumer Products North America. He joined Electrolux in 1989 where he held several leading positions in both outdoor products and white goods, within finance, manufacturing and supply-chain management. Mr Leon was born in 1954 and is a graduate in law.

Husqvarna was spun off from Electrolux and listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in June 2006.
