Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", ticker: HUNT) refers to the stock exchange

notices in connection with the subsequent offering of 6,666,666 new shares, each

at an offer price of NOK 1.50, and the subsequent offering of 14,200,000 new

shares, each at an offer price of NOK 1.75 (collectively, the "Subsequent

Offerings" and the "Offer Shares").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has

today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

(Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 5,155,285.33,

divided into 134,825,243 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.038

(rounded). The Offer Shares are expected to commence trading on Oslo Euronext
