Hunter Group ASA - Registration of share capital reduction

Reference is made to Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company") extraordinary general

meeting of 19 September 2022, item 5, regarding reduction of the share capital

from NOK 719,202,516.29 by NOK 718,102,516.29 to NOK 1,100,000. The share

capital reduction has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises, and the Company's new registered share capital is NOK

1,100,000, divided into 575,362,013 shares, each with a nominal value of approx.

NOK 0.002.

On this basis, the cash distribution process of NOK 1.50 has been initiated in

accordance with the announcement of 25 August 2022 (message ID 569730).
