Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the Company) announcement as of 23

May 2019 and to the successfully completed private placement of approximately

NOK 695 million (the Private Placement), by issuance of 190,454,000 new shares

(the New Shares) at a subscription price of NOK 3.65 per share. The share

capital increase pertaining to the New Shares issued in the Private Placement

has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 719,202,516.29, consisting of

575,362,013 shares with a par value of NOK 1.25 per share.
