Hunter Group ASA - Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company") annual general

meeting as of 9 May 2018, whereby the general meeting resolved the private

placement of NOK 172 500 000, by issuance of 75,000,000 new shares (the "New

Shares"), each with a par value of NOK 1.25, at a subscription price of NOK 2.30

per share (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares issued in the Private

Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 257,697,516.29

consisting of 206,158,013 shares with a par value of NOK 1.25 per share.

The New Shares will be registered on a separate ISIN pending approval of a

prospectus.
