Oslo, 20 June 2018:

Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company") extraordinary

general meeting as of 13 June 2018, whereby the general meeting resolved the

private placement of NOK 520,000,000, by issuance of 162,500,000 new shares (the

"New Shares"), each with a par value of NOK 1.25, at a subscription price of NOK

3.20 per share (the "Secondary Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares issued in the Secondary

Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK

460,822,516.29, consisting of 368,658,013 shares with a par value of NOK 1.25

per share.

The New Shares will be delivered to the subscribers in the secondary private

placement today.
