Hunter Group ASA - share capital increase registered
Oslo, 19 July 2018: Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company")
extraordinary general meeting as of 13 June 2018, whereby the general meeting
resolved a subsequent offering of up to NOK 52,000,000 by issuance of up to
16,250,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares"), each with a par value of NOK 1.25,
at a subscription price of NOK 3.20 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 481,135,016.29, consisting of
384,908,013 shares with a par value of NOK 1.25 per share.
The Offer Shares will be delivered to the subscribers' VPS and become tradable
today.
