Hunter Group ASA - Share capital increase registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of Hunter Group ASA (the

"Company") dated 15 May 2017 regarding the successful completion of the

acquisition of all outstanding shares in Dwellop AS (the "Transaction").

The share capital increase pertaining to the consideration shares issued to the

sellers of Dwellop AS has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises.

The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 163,947,516.29 divided into

1,311,580,130 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.125. The consideration

shares are issued on a separate ISIN in the VPS system, and will be admitted to

trading upon publication of an information memorandum for the Transaction.
