The shareholders of Badger Explorer ASA are hereby given notice of the Company's
Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2015 to be held at the
Company's premises at Prof. Olav Hanssensvei 15, 4021 Stavanger, Norway on 14th
June 2016 at 10:00 CET.
The following documents are attached: the Company's Annual Report 2015, the
Notice of the AGM, the Nomination Committee's Report and Recommendations and the
Board's Remuneration Policy - Guidelines for 2016.
