Change of company name registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Oslo, 2 May 2017 - On 24 April 2017 the Extraordinary

General Meeting of Badger Explorer ASA approved the proposal

to change the company name to Hunter Group ASA. The change

of company name is now registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. The new ticker name on the

Oslo Stock Exchange will be "HUNT".

The Oslo Stock Exchange will publish the exact date when the

ticker change takes effect in the trading system.
