On 8th of December 2023, Apollo Asset Limited, (“Apollo”), have in total sold 1.750.000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (“Hunter”), representing 4,06% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights. Following this, Apollo holds 450.000 Hunter shares, representing approximately 1,04% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights.

Consequently, Apollo has crossed below the 5% threshold of disclosure of large shareholdings.
