Reference is made to notices in respect of a conditional open market offer for shares in Hunter Group ASA ("HUNT" or the "Company") by a financial investor hereby disclosed as Apollo Asset Ltd., as set forth on 20 February 2018 and extended on 21 and 23 February 2018. Notice is hereby given that as an effect of such offer, Apollo Asset Ltd. has entered into agreements to acquire 16,134,203 shares of the Company. Including shares previously held, Apollo Asset Ltd. will have an aggregate holding of 20,342,056 shares of the Company, corresponding to 15.50% of the share capital of the Company.
