Hunter Group ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company") extraordinary

general meeting as of 13 June 2018, whereby the general meeting resolved the

private placement with gross proceeds of NOK 520,000,000 (the "Secondary Private

Placement"), and subsequent offering with aggregate gross proceeds of up to NOK

52,000,000 (the "Subsequent Offering").

Notice is hereby given that Songa Trading Inc., has today subscribed for and

been allocated 7,812,500 shares in the Company, at a price of NOK 3.20 per

share. Including 22,418,001 shares previously held, Songa Trading Inc. will have

an aggregate holding of 30,230,501 shares in the Company, corresponding to 8,2%

of the share capital of the Company before the subsequent offering.

This stock exchange announcement is made pursuant to section 5-2 of the

Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
