Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 43,323 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.15 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 103,000,000 shares which constitutes 26.76 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
