Hunter Group ASA - Memorandum of Agreement

Hunter Tankers AS (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter

Group ASA, today signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of Hunter Disen

and Hunter Frigg for USD 96.0 million each, with a few outstanding subjects. The

vessels will be delivered to their new owners following completion of their

current voyages.

and Hunter Idun for USD 95.5 million each, with a few outstanding subjects. The

vessels will be delivered to their new owners following completion of their
