Hunter Group ASA - Sale of Hunter Atla completed

Reference is made to the 23 February 2021 announcement made by Hunter Tankers AS
(the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, regarding the
sale of Hunter Atla. The Company is pleased to announce that it has concluded
the sale of Hunter Atla and delivered her to her new owners.
