Successful completion of the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Dwellop AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of Hunter Group ASA

("Hunter Group" or the "Company") on 2 May 2017 regarding a definitive agreement

for the acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares in Dwellop AS (the

"Transaction").

The Company is pleased to announce that the Transaction has now successfully

been completed.
