Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: HUNT) has been notified that

the following Primary Insiders has purchased shares in the Company today, 15

February 2024. Bertel Steen, Board member and primary insider in the Company has

purchased 458 333 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 2.0 per share

through B.O. Steen Shipping AS and Skarris Kapital AS. After the transaction

companies affiliated with Bertel Steen owns 16 000 000 million shares in the

Company, corresponding to approx. 14.04% of the shares outstanding in the

Company. PDMR notification form attached hereto.
