Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Oslo, 15 February 2024

Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: HUNT) has been notified of

the following PDMR trade. Lama Global AS, a close associate of Lars Brynildsrud,

CFO and PDMR of the Company, has today sold 500,000 shares in the Company at an

average price of NOK 2.0 per share. After the transaction Lama Global AS owns

1,254,937 million shares in the Company. PDMR form attached hereto.

To maintain the shareholding prior to the sale, Lama Global AS will subscribe

for a minimum of 500,000 new shares in the expected upcoming subsequent

offerings.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of

the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading

Act.
